Services
Malkiels LLC builds & manages client acquisition & appointment-booking systems for independent life insurance agents, including advertising, lead capture, appointment booking, follow-up automation & pipeline reporting. We don't provide insurance advice, sell insurance or act as an insurance agent, & we don't guarantee any carrier's underwriting or policy-issue decisions. The specific scope of each engagement is set out in a separate written client agreement.
SMS Messaging Terms
- Program: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Malkiels LLC, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders & follow-up messages about your enquiry.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final confirmation message.

- Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings & Communications
Calls are booked through our online calendar & confirmed by text & email. If a booking isn't confirmed, we may release the slot. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation messages.
Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules & any refunds are set out in your written client agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, video & the Full-Comp Engine™ name & framework, belongs to Malkiels LLC or its licensors & may not be copied or used without written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site & its content are provided "as is." Any results mentioned are not a promise of specific results except as stated in a signed client agreement. To the fullest extent the law allows, Malkiels LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
Changes
